Previously Chief Legal Counsel to The Ocean Group, one of Thailand’s largest consortia, President of Asoke International Trading Company and Chairman/President of Siam Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Khun Manop’s legal and business accumen are highly regarded.

A licensed lawyer from the United States with over 8 years experience as a legal advisor in Bangkok, Mike is also a regular contributor on legal issues to Thailand’s english language newspapers, the Bangkok Post and The Nation.

Nittaya received her LL.B. from Thammasat University in 1990. She also holds a diploma from Thammasat University's Graduate Diploma Programme in Business Law. While a law student, Nittaya worked with the Law Association at Thammasat University.

After years of international studies and private corporate experience, Sivanas has joined N&D in the beginning of April 2004 and will focus his efforts as intellectual Property laws.

Marisa began her work at N&D since 2013 and focuses on Intellectual Property law.

Chonmaphan joined our firm in October 2013 and currently handles both trademark registrations and patent registrations in Thailand and overseas.

Ructh joined our firm in May 2014 and focuses on Intellectual Property law.
