At N&D, Nittaya represents corporations, individuals, financial and institutional clients on a broad range of corporate, finance and securities transactions, commercial issues and taxation. Nittaya is expert in financial matters and has worked on initial public offerings, securities offerings, corporate restructurings, asset acquisitions, and a wide range of corporate governance matters. She serves as corporate secretary to a wide range of companies and help boards with their planning processes.

Nittaya received her LL.B. from Thammasat University in 1990. She also holds a diploma from Thammasat University's Graduate Diploma Programme in Business Law. While a law student, Nittaya worked with the Law Association at Thammasat University.

Before joining our firm in 1992, Nittaya worked with Premier Finance and Securities Co., Ltd. for two years as an attorney.
