Mike Doyle is an experienced business counselor and advisor. Mike is a U.S. attorney and partner who has practiced in Thailand since 1996. He is co-author and contributing editor of the recently released book Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Emerging Countries in Asia and Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law 3rd Edition.

Mike has represented hundreds of foreign investors in Thailand establishing subsidiaries, sales offices, representative offices, factories and joint ventures.

As he is fluent in both spoken and written Thai, and is very well known in Thai circles, he has represented many foreign investors in negotiating and disputes with Thai companies.

In the field of oil and gas, Mike has an active regional practice and commonly represents client with oil and gas concessions and related interests throughout the region.

Mike has published over 50 articles in English language publications such as the Bangkok Post, the Nation, many other magazines and trade journals and in Thai language publications such as Krungthep Turakit. He is also a guest lecturer at Thammasat University in Bangkok.
