Chonmaphan is an LL.B. graduate from Kasetsart University. He obtained a certificate of "General Course on Intellectual Property" from the World Intellectual Property (WIPO) when he was a 2nd year student in 2009. While being a 3rd year student, Chonmaphan attended an internship program at Siam Firm Inter Laws Ltd. He was trained as a paralegal responding to preparations of litigation documents and translation of various types of commercial contracts. He also assisted lawyers in court cases and worked as the court interpreter for foreign clients.

Before joining N&D, Chonmaphan worked as a trademark attorney in a law firm where he responded on various projects involving trademarks in Thailand and overseas. In addition, he also has experience dealing with copyright protections and copyright infringement cases in Thailand.

Chonmaphan joined our firm in October 2013 and currently handles both trademark registrations and patent registrations in Thailand and overseas.
